Haiti was once one of the world's biggest coffee producers. 

The tropical climate and high elevation produce a phenomenal crop of coffee beans second to none in the world.   

This coffee is by far one of the most exotic taste combinations we roast.  It is both smooth and complex. 

The primary flavor notes are smoked honey, fine chocolate followed by a lingering hint of caramel and spice.  This coffee roast is a favorite for drinkers who like to slow sip.

Grown in the High country of Haiti This coffee is a BOLD start to an original day.

Described as the Boldest of the taste combinations we roast.  It is both smooth and complex. 

The primary flavor notes are Earthy smoked hibiscus, caramel spice, and marshmallow root.

Primarily roasted dark used for espresso.  If you like bold notes with aftertastes that finish smooth this is for you.

Complex and Flavor packed

This rich and floral coffee is full of flavor.  Described as sweet, and full bodied with a smooth finish.  The flavor notes are distinct and complementary.

The top notes are sweet, citrus, underwritten with a balanced acidity.  

Slight hints of orange and cocoa follow shortly after, balanced out by a bright citrus earthy taste.   The darker roast offers for a more pronounced buttery finish.

Grown in lower elevation habitations. Described as Bright, complex, and floral. 

Describes as a wine drinkers coffee.  The complex notes are subtle and airy.  The finish is a bright clean aftertaste.

The primary flavor notes are Hibiscus, Pamelo Citrus, and Charred Cocoa.

Favored as a slow hand pour over or a french press.  Nice flavor and sustainable all day vibe.
